Temperature controller – EmiTest Thermo

In environmental monitoring and atmospheric emission control applications, temperature control is an essential parameter to ensure measurement reliability. The EmiTestThermo temperature controller has been developed to ensure precise control of heated equipment integrated into gas and particle sampling chains.

Designed for on-site interventions as well as regulatory measurement campaigns, it allows to maintain stable thermal conditions on the probes, heated lines and filter holders to limit condensation phenomena and preserve the integrity of the samples until their analysis.

A dedicated solution for heated sampling systems

The EmiTestThermo centralizes the thermal control of the various components used in environmental sampling installations. Thanks to its modular design from 2 to 4 channels, it easily adapts to the measurement configurations encountered on industrial installations.

Compatible with all CDL-Tecora heated equipment, it facilitates the simultaneous management of several elements while ensuring a homogeneous and secure regulation.

Typical applications include:

  • the heated sampling probes,
  • the heated transfer lines,
  • the heated filter-holder boxes,
  • air emission sampling systems,
  • monitoring devices for industrial discharges.

Precise and adaptable thermal control

Flexible temperature control

The EmiTestThermo allows you to adapt the setpoint temperature according to the requirements of the measurement process and the characteristics of the connected equipment.

The recommended operating range of 50°C to 250°C provides flexibility for applications that require maintaining gases above their condensation point.

This ability helps to improve the representativeness of samples and the quality of analytical results.

Reliable measurement thanks to the thermocouple type K

The system integrates a temperature measurement based on a type K thermocouple, a technology widely used in industrial environments for its robustness and stability.

This configuration ensures continuous monitoring of thermal parameters and regulation adapted to the constraints of field sampling campaigns.

Designed for demanding industrial environments

Developed for on-site use, the EmiTestThermo features a robust housing that withstands environmental conditions encountered during emissions control operations.

Its design facilitates transport, installation and implementation on industrial facilities, while ensuring excellent operational reliability.

The system operates in ambient conditions between 0–50°C with relative humidity up to 95%.
